A Message Shaped by the Invitation

Mike doesn't show up with a message written for a stage; he shows up with a message written for you. Before he ever opens his Bible on your platform, he spends time listening — to your purpose in inviting him, your community's story and whatever God is laying on his heart for that particular room. What he brings is shaped by why you asked him, not by a script he recycles from the last engagement.

That openness means Mike is comfortable in almost any setting your ministry or organization can imagine. He's happy to preach during one of your regularly scheduled church services, bring a message to your conference, sit down for a Q&A or a Talk Back–style platform discussion, or simply be present for a book signing and meet the people reading his work face to face. If your event doesn't fit neatly into any of those categories, ask anyway — Mike is glad to consider appearances at other special events too.

Above all, Mike is approachable. He isn't interested in distance between himself and the people he's speaking to — he's open, warm and genuinely welcoming, whether he's behind a pulpit, on a panel or just talking with your congregation after the doors close.
